Different from the built-in models, Fontana’s trolley allows for ease of transportation around your cooking area.
This model, being powered with wood, enables you to get that smoky taste with whatever you decide to cook in your oven!
With the cooking chamber being constructed with 304 grade stainless steel, you can almost guarantee the highest standard of longevity with this model of oven. Furthermore, the outside surface of the oven is Electro-Galvan steel with high temperature paint. This is for the maximum resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achievable by using natural rock wool insulation. This ensures that the external surface of the oven does not becomes too hot.
